At VIBAe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable footwear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your shoes in their original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
